Fulfillment policy

  • Refund policy: We do not make refunds.  The only time a refund may occur is if payment has been made twice.
  • Shipping or delivery policy: If we ship physical goods then those items will be delivered within a week of despatch.  Despatch is arranged in conjunction with the customer.
  • Return policy and process: Physical goods are not eligible for return.  The manufacturer of the item provides the warranty and service from the date of delivery.
  • Cancellation policy: Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.  We purchase every item on a case-by-case basis with our suppliers.
